Generating in Gemini 3.0 and 3.1 not working. “Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

I have a image I wanted to fill in the background. I keep getting a error. I changed the wording, I changed the image size, changed the name. Nothing will work. Why am I paying so much money a month for a service I can’t use? Makes no sense. Worked fine in the past. what is going on?

Throughout the day on March 26 and into the night of March 27, the image generation on Nano Banana pro feature has not been working, and the message “Something went wrong” appears after every attempt. Credits are deducted after each failed generation attempt. Please look into this and refund the credits that were spent due to these technical issues.

Oggi stesso problema addirittura anche con firefly Image 4 o GPT Image 1.5 , ed è assurdo che sia così da questa mattina considerando che pago un abbonamento! Non va neanche cambiando browser e pulendo i cookie. E la mia connessione è ottima. Risolvete velocemente cortesemente.

Anyways I was charged in my AI usage credits, that is not fair, I’m paying my subscription and adobe having an issue is not my problem I need the image generated within the same budged, not double because adobe made a mistake

• A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

• What model were you using (such as Firefly Image 3, Firefly Image 4, Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3, etc.)?

• A copy of the keyframe(s) or reference images (if any) you were using.

This helps us help you. Sometimes there might be a trigger word in the prompt.

Political figures / Celebrities
if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

or

- the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
Many Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.
