While I have some sympathy with what you say, I personally do hold Adobe responsible as they do not market Firefly with the limitations you suggest.

For me, a Beta version of the tool might make mistakes in pronounciation (which it does) and might have limitations in the translations available (for example it does not feature English (UK)), but to be simply not available for a week without warning or indication when it will be back is not acceptable especially when you consider the rate we pay for premium features.

Yeah it sucks not having access to it, but that's the very nature of BETA software. When it breaks, it breaks. By definition it's software still heavily in development.
To expect anything close to production ready software is foolish at best.

Any good content creator knows that you don't use beta software becaause of this very situation. Same as IT doesn't push beta software to production. They just don't have the spit and polish that we expect from our tools.

If you need reliable tools don't ever use anything beta. Just saying.

Same for me on Windows 11, edge and chrome. Also OS 26 edge and safari.

Although I don't blame Adobe, it clearly shows it's a beta feature so I expect bugs and outages. Those using this for production should certainly know better.

I have the same issue. Tried different browsers, voices won't load, generated content won't load, greyed out generate button, can't play any of the previous generated content. Nothing seems to be working, please resolve this issue

I have the same problem. I am using a Mac Book Pro M1 Max with Ventura 13.7.8. So definitely not just a Windows 11 Problem.

User reports clearly show unresponsive interface that makes voice generations impossible, on multiple browsers - Firefox - M. Edge - Chrome - myself tested these on Win 11, still unusable platform for some days now. Users really need further clarifications on this matter since multiple projects were affected by this inconvenience and status reports show no problems with Firefly which is also questionable.

Same issue for me. worked up until 8th. nothing since. In the middle of a project with a deadline thats approaching, so hope it gets sorted quickly.
