P:The firefly Text to speech/ Avatar and is not loading

Hey, could everyone please upvote this topic so that its significance becomes a bit more visible? 

Why am I unable to generate speech? Everything else is working but the one feature I use the most does not want to lod properly. It been like this for the last two days

Three days without service is already unacceptable. Even worse, there has been no real feedback from Adobe regarding this situation, and they are blatantly lying through their service status platform by stating that Firefly is operating without issues. I demand an official response along with a final resolution timeframe. I will notify the media so they can investigate.

3 días sin servicio ya es inaceptable. Peor aún, que no exista un feedback real desde Adobe respecto a esta situación y descaradamente mienten a través de su platafroma de estado de sus servicios indicando que Firefly funciona sin problemas. Exijo una respuesta oficial y con un tiempo de resolución final. Voy a dar aviso a los medios de comunicación para que indaguen.

The speech gereration platform is opening, but currently for me nothing is loading..

t I am unable to select a voice and the generate button is inactive. The bottom panel of the program where it shows previous generated audio is continuously attempting to load, but is unable to.

I am using Chrome in my windows is 10 

No forecast as such. All the community expert said above was "Thanks everyone. Adobe has logged a bug for this. No time estimate at this point."

I agree three days down is not acceptable. I assume it's a security breach, that's generally what radio silence means.

Gibt es bereits ein Update, bis wann der Fehler behoben werden kann? Das Feature funktioniert nun seit drei Tagen nicht mehr. Danke!

Still not working 

Text to speech error "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support for help." PLAY fails. Cannot create audio file.

Mac OS 15.7.3 using Chrome
