I'm having the same issue on my Windows 11 PC and MacBookPro in all browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge). The other screenshots here are exactly what I'm seeing.

Hallo liebes Support-Team,

Gestern erstellte ich ohne Probleme mit Firefly Text to speech einige Voice over. Heute werden die Voices links unter Speech settings nicht mehr angezeigt. Credits im Standardpaket hatte ich noch, dennoch habe ich vorsorglich auf Premium geupdatet, dennoch wurden die Voices unter Speech Settings nicht angezeigt. Credit habe ich 4000, auch wenn ich zusätzlich noch ein 2000 credits Paket kaufe funktioniert die Voices Funktion immer noch nicht. Ich habe sowohl Firefly in Safari als auch in Firefox ausprobiert; bei beiden Browsern tritt dasselbe Problem auf. Ich hoffe, ihr könnt mir helfen.

Ich arbeite an einem MacBook Pro M1 Max 64 GB, Ventura 13.7.8

Bonjour,

Sur Adobe Firefly > Générer la parole (Beta), le bouton « Générer » reste grisé et empêche toute génération. Crédits disponibles (≈1000) Testé avec texte très court Langue, voix et paramètres corrects Problème reproductible après rechargement et en navigation privée Aucun message d’erreur affiché. Pouvez-vous confirmer s’il s’agit d’un bug connu ou d’un problème côté serveur ?

To reproduce error:

Visit https://firefly.adobe.com/inspire/text-to-avatar
Click "Create New" button
Error message displayed at bottom of screen: Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support for help.

Expected result: Ability to create text to avatar video

Actual result: Error msg
