P: The video generation page becomes unresponsive, and buttons are no longer clickable

I’m seeing the note saying this bug is now resolved but i am still having the same issue on the ‘prompt to edit video’ tool

When I click 'Add' to add a photo from my uploaded files to generate video, the image doesn't add.

Sometime refreshing the page/deleting cache/logging out and back in helps, but not always. I think this is a Chrome only problem.

I have also had it where all buttons and fields on the generate video page are unclickable in Chrome.

Sono mesi ormai che mi sono rassegnato nell’utilizzare in maniera fluida questa piattaforma. Partendo dal presupposto che Firefly sia in assoluto il peggiore sia per esperienza di uso sia per performance e offerta rispetto ai suoi competitor, ma tolto ciò, la piattaforma non risponde ai click sui tasti l’80% delle volte. Quello che succede è che, ad ogni nuova sessione, quindi ogni volta che accendo il computer per lavorare e quindi accedere anche a Firefly, quest’ultimo funziona per qualche minuto, dopodichè, i tasti, qualunque tasto, smette di funzionare, di fatto rendendo la piattaforma inutilizzabile. Non si possono fare generazioni, non si possono modificare i settaggi. La soluzione a questo problema è riavviare la pagina e 4 volte su dieci i tasti tornano a funzionare…. per qualche minuto. Ho provato diversi browser, ho provato a svuoare la cache dei browser, ho provato a sloggarmi e riloggare. Ho provato di tutto. Questa piattaforma per quello che costa è davvero pietosa, la peggiore in assoluto, non vale la pena averla nemmeno in regalo con 4000 crediti insieme alla suite creative cloud. Per non parlare, come già menzionato, dei risultati. Sulle altre piattaforme nano banana pro performa al meglio e restituisce i risultati migliori, su Firefly invece sembra esserci una versione castrata.

Estoy muy enojada, hace tiempo ya estoy teniendo problemas para generar imagenes, y no me lo estan solucionando, por favor necesito que se comuniquen conmigo y me digan cual es el paso a seguir, alguna atencion al cliente?PLEASE

sigo con problemas, ya estoy pensando en quitar mi suscripcion no solo porque no me resuelven el problema, sino porque ya me canse esto me quita el ritmo en mi trabajo, aunque adoro la calidad de imagen de Adobe

I’m experiencing the same issue in generate image. It’s useless now.

​@Tarun Saini  Mine is the same way, but I can't edit the prompt; the whole site freezes and only comes back if I clear the cache. I have to keep clearing the cache constantly—it's really annoying.

Thank you for your response. However, the suggested steps do not address the actual issue I am experiencing, and the problem remains unresolved.

My issue is not that I do not know how to create a video from an image or that I have selected the wrong model. I am unable to follow the suggested workflow because essential controls in the Firefly interface are not working.

To clarify the issue:

1. I cannot type into the prompt field in the image generation section.

2. I cannot type into the prompt field in the video generation section.

3. I cannot select or change the video duration.

4. I cannot control or enable the sound effects option.

5. Because these fields and controls are unusable, I cannot start the video generation process.

The “put in your prompt” step mentioned in your response is precisely the action I am unable to perform. Using an image from a previous generation or changing the video model does not resolve the issue because the prompt field and the other video controls remain inaccessible.

The screen recording I previously shared clearly demonstrates that these controls cannot be used. Please review the recording again and treat this as a technical interface or account-related issue rather than a question about the correct workflow.

Because the issue remains unresolved, I cannot complete my ongoing work, projects awaiting delivery are being delayed, and I am unable to use the credits available in my account. This is directly affecting my professional workflow and my ability to meet client deadlines.

Please escalate this case to the appropriate technical support team and investigate why the prompt fields, video-duration controls, and sound-effects option are not functioning on my account.

I would appreciate a practical technical response and, if possible, an estimated timeframe for resolution.

Olá. Sou assinante pagante do plano Adobe Firefly e estou solicitando uma compensação financeira pela indisponibilidade do Adobe Firefly.

Desde 22/07/2026, o serviço está praticamente inutilizável: não consigo editar prompts, clicar nos botões de edição nem abrir as imagens geradas. Já realizei todos os procedimentos recomendados, incluindo limpeza de cache, cookies e dados do site, teste em janela anônima, outros navegadores e desativação de extensões. O problema permanece.

O Console do Firefly apresenta erros internos como “Unsupported format: text/html” e “e is not a function”. Além disso, a própria equipe da Adobe confirmou que conseguiu reproduzir o problema e que o time do produto está investigando:

Como estou pagando por um serviço que não consigo utilizar normalmente, solicito o reembolso proporcional referente ao período de indisponibilidade. Alternativamente, aceito um crédito equivalente na próxima cobrança ou a extensão gratuita da assinatura pelo período afetado.

Não estou solicitando o cancelamento do plano neste momento e não autorizo a aplicação de qualquer multa de cancelamento. Peço, por favor, que registrem formalmente minha solicitação e forneçam o número do protocolo e a resposta por escrito.
