P: The video generation page becomes unresponsive, and buttons are no longer clickable

adobe firefly is not letting me upload images
when trying to upload an image to firefly nothing will load

I'd like to add one more point.

Many of us rely on Firefly for professional work and client deadlines. When the service becomes unusable, it delays deliveries and directly impacts our business.

Firefly credits are not cheap, and we expect a reliable service or, at the very least, transparent communication when there is a widespread issue. Please acknowledge the problem and keep users informed about the status and expected resolution.

Estou relatando o que parece ser um problema recorrente com o Adobe Firefly.

Atualmente, a interface do Firefly carrega normalmente, mas o aplicativo fica inutilizável porque os botões não respondem. Ações como "Gerar" , seleção de modelos e outros controles da interface simplesmente não funcionam.

Já testei várias vezes e o problema persiste. Também tentei navegadores diferentes e etapas básicas de solução de problemas, mas o problema continua.

Além disso, notei que outros usuários estão relatando o mesmo comportamento na Comunidade Adobe hoje, o que sugere que este pode não ser um problema isolado.

Poderia confirmar se a Adobe está ciente deste problema e se já existe alguma investigação em curso? Em caso afirmativo, agradeceria qualquer informação sobre o prazo previsto para a resolução.

The Firefly Model to generate ideos is freezing. When trying to generate a video, the text box is unable to use, also none of the buttons is working suddenly. This has been happening to me recently, it was not happening in the past.
When trying to generate a video, the full site is frost. The text area is unable to use, none of the buttons ias working, the only button working is the one for changin of AI model, but when changing, it still not working. Reaching a level that you can´t even go back to the Firefly home.
This error has been happening this week, it was not happening before.

Video generation is not working
When selecting the generate video tab, I can't generate a video or click on anything on the page including navigating back to the main site, or writing a prompt, clicking off the page etc. None of it works. I have enough credit and video is included in my package.

I used video editing. Everything worked great. My subscription credits ran out, I bought new ones. I go in and the video editing section doesn't work. The "Generate" button doesn't work. The second day of trying doesn't give any results. The "upload file" buttons often don't respond. I often have to reload the page for anything to work. The pictures generate without any problems. After buying credits, I can't work and do my work

Website keeps freezing, cannot submit requests to generate image. Cannot change settings, cannot copy text, cannot click on anything.
Website freezes when generating image. I can select different things, like ratio, model, resolution etc. But I cannot select text, edit text or click generate.
