Received the "You're In" Email but having access issues

I got my official invitation, clicked on the link, logged on and seemingly got in with the "You're In" website. When I follow the "click here" link to the Firefly site, it presents options to generate images and text effects. But those don't actually work. The website just takes me to a generic site with an intro video and a "request access" button. Any idea what's amiss here?

I have the same issue. I've received the "You're in" mail but cannot access the platform. I have to request access again?
The email adress is correct and I have an Adobe ID. Not sure what to do next?

Still having issues. I did everything I was supposed to. Cleared cookies and cache. Hard reset, yadda-yadda. I got the "You're In" maybe 2 weeks ago.

Hello me too! same 🙂 got the email but can't seem to get to it properly. (did accidentally use a different email too, so partly my fault I imagine!). Thanks!

Hi, I have the same problem. I get an error message that I do not have access. I tried it on three different devices and yes, the email is correct. Could you check if I am really unlocked to use firefly?

Tried with Hard Browser Refresh, different Browsers.
Nothing works.
