Received the "You're In" Email but having access issues

In the beginning of this week all work OK, but now i has similar problem with Request Access button 😞
Please return me my access to Firefly! 
P.S. I filled the form two times of the last three days.

Joined Firefly's discord about this problem, and was directed to post here. Received email, yet unable to access (website still just says "Request Access")

I've been unable to log in since getting my "You're in" email over a month ago. My email addresses match, I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps, and filled out all the forms posted here and in the Discord group. I did reply to a DM inquiry from an Adobe staffer several days ago, but have not received any reply or resolution to my situation. I am a longtime  Creative Cloud customer and this is not what I am used to expecting from Adobe. Please let me know what my next steps should be. Thanks!

Hope you are well. I'm having the same issue. The correct email is registered to the account and i received the email to say 'you're in.' But when going to the site and logging in, access still doesn't grant and the button, 'request access' remains. 

Would be great if you have time to assist.

I have my email with "You are in" but it doesnt works. Still "Request Acces" 😞

I just filled out the survey form.

I am facing a similar issue. 

I got approved but it's on the wrong email address! Can it be converted?

I also have trouble with this. Got an e-mail today saying I got access, but I don't  🙂

Was accepted and could not access. Applied again, got accept email and STILL can't log in. 

I've been a paying Creative Cloud subscriber from its introduction. PLEASE guys, get your act together!
