Received the "You're In" Email but having access issues

I got my official invitation, clicked on the link, logged on and seemingly got in with the "You're In" website. When I follow the "click here" link to the Firefly site, it presents options to generate images and text effects. But those don't actually work. The website just takes me to a generic site with an intro video and a "request access" button. Any idea what's amiss here?

Same thing here. I have a University / company account, I don't know if this matters.

Hello Tracy,

I received the "you are in" email on 27 March 2023. But I cannot access it.

According to do problem:

I tried to check mail-it is match

I tried to clean cookies and re-sign in: it didn't work

I tried to send an email to you. However there is no answer.

I tried to fill out the link which you have shared in here: There is no answer again.

I tried to sign up again: There is no solution again.

Finally, I am writing here and I hope I can get better results. Because this situation doesn't make me feel satisfied as a user of Adobe cc - Adobe stock for many years.

My account is a company one. My adobe ID is different than my actual email address as i had an issue during setting up that messed things up. I changed my adobe ID to now match my email address but i still can't get in.

Hi, I have also received the "You're in" email on March 26, however, still unable to access the beta. Sign-in-out and hard-refresh have been tried several times. Please resolve the problem.

Yup... It's now May and still no resolution... I've taken all the steps, but no dice... Please help?
