Reference Image is not working

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Can you please tell me what is happening? Are you getting an error or does it just seem to ignore the reference image?  Can you please include a screen shot?

I'm having the same issue. It was working fine, then all of a sudden stopped working.

Was not working this morning, but it's now this evening it's working again.

Until earlier this evening, I've been able to upload reference images and I've been able to click on a generated image and choose "Use as style reference." I'd also been able to hit "Generate similar." Now nothing.

They were working earlier today but then suddenly just stopped. This includes uploading reference images I'd uploaded earlier today. The images I've been trying to upload were generated by me in Firefly.

I'm seeing this happen in both Safari and Firefox on two different devices (MacBook and iPad)

Any idea what's up? I ended up burning through a bunch of credits since I couldn't build off of results from earlier prompts. Basically having to start from scratch each time.

Did you ever find a fix for this? It just suddenly started happening to me.

Hello, has there been any progress with this? I am still experiencing the same problems. It is such a shame as Reference Image is such a game-changer for Firefly2, especially now Dalle-3 and MJ have introduced image tuning, etc. Thanks

I think you posted this is the wrong spot.

Hi, using Android Moto Z3. Chrome browser on the Firefly page. When erasing with my finger, other previously erased parts spontaneously reappear. Image attached is my Moto Z3 info. Here's a link to a screenshot video of what's happening.

FYI, this started yesterday. I have been using for a few weeks with no problems.

I have also noticed that the "Use as style reference" command from the Edit drop-down menu from images in Firefly also aren't working - see screenshot

When I click upload a Ref image, or drag and drop a Ref image, I get the progress bar for the upload and sometimes get the Usage Rights notice but the Ref image is NOT being used to generate a new image
