I can not download The imagen I have created today in my phone app. Is there an issue with The app or a problem of your server. Please your help. The message Is : An error has been ocurred. Please, try later.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

We’ve received similar reports today from users who can’t download their generations in the app, and we’ve escalated the issue to the product team. They’re investigating, and I’ll share updates once I hear back.
 

In the meantime, could you let us know whether you’re using an Android or an Apple phone? Also, please try accessing your Generation History from a laptop to see if you’re able to download your files there.

 

Let us know if this works. We really appreciate your patience while we work on a fix.

 Not able to save my own creations for 2 days

 

Hello. I get this red error message when pressing the download button on the image (I also get the same error message when downloading from generation history)

Downloads are working on my PC

Thanks for flagging this.
 

Could you please confirm whether you keep seeing this error regardless of which model you’re using?
 

In the meantime, try saving your generations to Favorites by clicking the star icon, then checking the Favorites section under Your Stuff.

If that doesn’t work, please try the Share options for example, opening the file in Express and see if you’re able to download it from there.
 

Let us know if any of these workarounds help.

Hello thank you for your response, it is still not working currently. I have tried to add the image to favorites and download from there under my stuff  it was still unsuccessful. I also did attempt to open the image in express however, the screen appears to be stuck at 98% as shown in the screenshot below (I am able to open the image in Express through the app, but not from the Firefly app)

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

 

Could you please confirm which Google model you were using? Also, does the error occur when you try another model, or is it specific to this one?

 

Let us know so we can better understand the issue.

We’ll escalate this issue to the product team for review.

 

In the meantime, could you check your Generation History tab to see if you can download your creation there? You might also try saving it to your Favorites by clicking the star icon, then looking under the Favorites section in Your Stuff.

If that doesn’t work, please try the Share options for example, opening the file in Express and see if you’re able to download it from there.
