Everything I try to generate I get "something went wrong" response. Sometimes, if I go to history, then choose anything at all,  and then put in my prompt it will generate a few images before I start getting this message again. I only ever generate images of orchids. Nothing violent or naughty. Just orchids. My prompt today is "A purple cattleya orchid in a window". I am using a previously generated image as a composition reference no other settings. This has been going on for months. What am I paying for exactly? Firefly is broken.

Hi @RS Merrifield, sorry to hear about the problem, it sounds frustrating, for sure. I put in your exact prompt and didn't have any difficulty, but, as you say, it works for a while, and then you start getting error messages. Maybe it has to do with your browser? Are you clearing the cache every so often? Maybe your credit usage is running low? I'm trying to think what else it could be. Did you check your firewall settings, especially Windows Defender Firewall, as it has been known to block Firefly? Are you using a VPN? It shouldn't matter, but you have to go through a process of elimination, as this error message is a local environment issue. Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge seem to work best; I use Brave without any issues. Also, try signing out of your Adobe account completely, then sign back in to refresh your authentication token. Let us know if any of this helps.

Hello Adobe Support,

I am writing to inform you about an issue I just experienced while using Firefly. The tool encountered an error during generation, but unfortunately, it deducted two credits from my account without producing a usable result.

Since these credits were consumed due to a technical problem and not successful usage, I kindly request a refund of the deducted credits back to my account.

Thank you for your support and assistance.

Best regards,
Sabahattin Gür

Hi Sabahattin Gür!

Sorry about the issue. Are you still having an issue? Could you try generating without adding keyframes?

Let us know.

Thanks,

^KR

Hi, I generated a video from and image using Ray in Firefly. The generation failed but still deducted the 1500 credits, I tried again thinking it will work, but deducted the credits again after it failed, what should I do? Now I have no credits left and are supposed to have 2500
