Hallöchen! Ich habe versucht, mit Ray3 HDR ein Video zu erzeugen, aber es wurde kein Video generiert. Soweit ich das ersehen kann, wurden mir aber 1875 Credits abgezogen 😞

Hi @thomas_schwenke

Thanks for reaching out, could you check under "your stuff" on the left menu column and then "generation history" to see if you see the generated video?

Olá, equipe do suporte Adobe,

I was creating using Ray3 at 720p... start and end image to video-  two of the jobs went grate, then i hit generate and it showed me "something went wrong" clicked generate again "something went wrong"...  checked credit and despite i did not recive generated video i got charged credit... lost about 3k of cradit as one image is 500 credit...
Even subscrived for more credit, spent it all and yet couldnt generate using Ray3.. it did my desired result.. others did not...
Ended up with canceling subscriptions as why should i pay if i cant get out a simple one to other image evolve. Even more if i have a high chance i might not get the results yet get charged for it...
First time disappointment with Adobe

Hey Kartika,

This occured to me as well using image to video generation.
"Something went wrong. Please try again later."

Used 3500 credits and it failed to generate my content.

Hi. Thanks for an answering. I try when I have credits.

But how can I get those credits back?

Firelfy couldn't make a video but used 500 credits anyway. What can I do?

Hi tomil18926661!

Sorry about the issue. Are you using a reference image for creating videos? If so, could you remove it and see if it brings any change? Also, please try it on another browser.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,
^KR

Everything I try to generate I get "something went wrong" response. Sometimes, if I go to history, then choose anything at all,  and then put in my prompt it will generate a few images before I start getting this message again. I only ever generate images of orchids. Nothing violent or naughty. Just orchids. My prompt today is "A purple cattleya orchid in a window". I am using a previously generated image as a composition reference no other settings. This has been going on for months. What am I paying for exactly? Firefly is broken.

Hi @RS Merrifield, sorry to hear about the problem, it sounds frustrating, for sure. I put in your exact prompt and didn't have any difficulty, but, as you say, it works for a while, and then you start getting error messages. Maybe it has to do with your browser? Are you clearing the cache every so often? Maybe your credit usage is running low? I'm trying to think what else it could be. Did you check your firewall settings, especially Windows Defender Firewall, as it has been known to block Firefly? Are you using a VPN? It shouldn't matter, but you have to go through a process of elimination, as this error message is a local environment issue. Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge seem to work best; I use Brave without any issues. Also, try signing out of your Adobe account completely, then sign back in to refresh your authentication token. Let us know if any of this helps.
