Can no longer download despite plenty of credits. Reinstalled app, updated browsers etc, no solution. It's useless without this. I loved this app before and it's becoming more useless. Can no longer download any image, it says error - try again - same thing. Tried every possible thing. Can't download anywhere.

i cant download my creations on firefly android app hello, i cant download my creations made on my android app from several days ago, i tried to do many things to discard bugs including erasing cache and reinstalling the app and also use different ia agents but the issue prevails… help please...

I have the same issue. I always have an error message telling me something wrong happened and I should try later. It's only happening on the application. I tried everything: logging out and logging back, app reinstall, I checked if I had enough free space and if pictures and videos download is authorized. Everything checks out but still the error message keeps popping up so I'm wondering if there is something wrong with my account.

We’ve received similar reports today from users who can’t download their generations in the app, and we’ve escalated the issue to the product team. They’re investigating, and I’ll share updates once I hear back.
In the meantime, could you let us know whether you’re using an Android or an Apple phone? Also, please try accessing your Generation History from a laptop to see if you’re able to download your files there.
