Upscaling the wrong image

I generated several images through the web interface, when I found an image I liked, I pressed upscale, but it chose the wrong image. After that, it kept choosing the same wrong image each time I tried to upscale.

Hi @KarineMorris7,

Thanks for your response. Adobe is not able to go back and obtain copies. But several people have reported this, so if anyone else can get a screen recording or screen shots, that would be helpful.

My best,

I am using Microsoft edge Version 132.0.2957.115. I had save the images in my favorites but now everything is gone so I can't show you the result. Is there a way to retrieve the last images I have created in adobe firefly?

Adobe Fireflyで生成した画像をアップスケールするとその画像が一覧から消えてしまう

When I want firefly to upscale images it changes the images to a different design and keeps doing it no matter how many times I refresh the browser.

Quand je veux augmenter la résolution d'une de mes images ça change complètement l'image et ce n'est plus la même du tout!

Hi KarineMorris7!

I'm sorry to hear that. Are you upscaling the images in the text to image feature? Could you share the screenshot or recording of the issue? Also, let us know your OS and browser.

Happy to help.

Thanks,

KR

Good evening, when increasing the size of the picture, the program changes it visually, so when I want to make options from the picture I like, the program generates completely different pictures, far from the original

Hi @daria_3752,

If you start a new session, does it still do that?  There have been sporatic reports of this previously.

Hi, when I create an image and afterwards try to upscale it, it often changes the image. For instance, the face in a portrait changes completely. In stead of the same face being upscaled. That is pretty annoying 🙂

Plus, it would be great if Firefly could save the images you create. At least for a little while. When there is an error (like today suddenly I couldn't continue working on the images I created, because 'maximum capacity of Firefly was reached' - I then lost everything I had made so far.

Thanks!

Hello @niki_0349,

Thank you for your suggestions. Please note, it is best to have one idea per post, based on how Adobe tracks feature requests and bugs.

Others have reported this as well. You might want to create a separate post for this under "Bugs".

It has been a frequent suggestion that prompts and images be automatically saved. I recommend you look at these posts and upvote the one(s) you would like to see:

History of text prompts

P: History of Previous Generated Images

Personal archive

These references might be helpful on what steps you can take to save creations:

For me, I frequently checkpoint my work by marking an image as a favourite. I know others that do something similar where they copy a link to the image and save that link in a separate document so they can go back to it.

Hey @Ben D Coles

Not sure what is happening. Nevertheless, consider doing this.
1) save the link or links of the image(s) you like. (take a screenshot)

2) open a Google Doc or some sort of document.
3) Paste the link & the prompt you used w the screenshot.

Next

1) Turn off your computer. (This often resolves issues.)
2) Open your Google Doc and open the link that you like

3) Upscale the image. No promises. I find this method to work.

Cheers,
O. Nate

Hello @Ben D Coles,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Did this just happen once or can you replicate the problem? If more than once, can you please capture that in a screen recording?

Thanks,
