Your situation is different. It is likely that the model is rejecting that keyframe because it believes the keyframe contains a child. I edited your image to turn the person into an elderly woman and it generated. Not allowing children in keyframes is a restriction in the Firefly model.

Same issue, but renaming or cropping and saving as a new file did not fix it. 

Interesting. I did not know that would apply to an image like this.

@David306816550282 @droopydog500 fixed it - its a common issue with Firefly generated images as first frame. Renamed the file and cropped slightly to resave. It works now. 

I don't see why? I generated it using Firefly in the first place.
