Media encoder is not using GPU

This is seriously urgent issue, I am trying to render a video but media encoder is not using my GPU

I have RTX 3080TI laptop GPU of Nvidia & i am using Asus rog strix scar 15 laptop 

 

I have tried exporting with & without maximum depth also with CUDA 

Adobe please help me

@Peru BobI meant to tag you, I am on the newest studio drivers and it did not fix it.

Does switching from nVidia Game-Ready Driver to Studio Driver really speed up Media Encoder?

 

If so, does your gaming performance suffer when using the Studio Driver?

This is happening to me too, Media Encoder barely uses my GPU compared to Premiere Pro (I'm on an RTX 4080 Super)

Make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).
