After effects uses 33 gb ram while nothing happens

I re installed it and it works now. So I need to make an project and put some things in it and just send to you with a drive link? 

thanks, i tried some. but most solutions are for windows and i use mac. I tried changing the location were it saves it bit that doesnt work and clearing cache also dont work.

I tried re-installing the app but the problem is there still. 

Do you have maybe other solutions?

Yeah I'm gonna do that, but first I have a other bigger problem. Today I downloaded after effects again because maybe that would work. But now I have this problem. After effects give error that says "after effects could be opened for writing". I cleared cache and I chose a different location for the save. 
Do you have any other solutions?

for an example, i just opened a project and that was the only thing i did on the laptop, and after 15 minutes it says the ram storage is full.

I tried it and when I edit, at first there is nothing wrong, but after an hour and a half, I think, it gets worse and eventually it doesn't work anymore.
