error Unicode

Good afternoon Everything was fine, but after the latest update to After Effects, errors like the inability to convert Unicode characters began to constantly pop up when starting up. Yes, everything worked fine. It also doesn’t work in the “do not show compatibility errors at startup” settings, windows still pop up saying it is impossible to convert Unicode characters... What should I do?

Thanks for the answer!

Yes, in the latest beta of the program everything works fine, no errors are shown. 🙂

Hi @Ridlekmart,

Thank you for reporting this issue. We are aware of the bug and a fix is currently available in the latest version of After Effects (Beta), which will also be included in the next version of After Effects as long as no new issues are found with the fix.

If you have time, please download the latest version of After Effects (Beta) from the "Beta apps" section of the Creative Cloud app and let us know if this error shows up for you in that version.

Thanks again for reporting this issue,

- John, After Effects Engineering Team
