Expressions link to effect name does not update correctly in AE24 (and beta25)

Hi @JohnColombo17100380 , I just tested the project in AE 24.4.1 as you mentioned this version is OK yet, because AE 2023 is no longer available via creative cloud app (I know, we can receive download link from support, but it is not optimal for studio with lot of BFUs). We just ordered more new machines and need to install lot of software so any additional complication is not welcome.But the issue is in 24.4.1 too, only it shows somehow later after couple of minutes of working..
So we are in our company in a trap, as we haven not working AE version at the moment available by standard ways. I know it is not your fault, just let you know it is not good.. 2023 is not available anymore and 2025.2 is not available yet (we don not want to use beta in studio). 
Sorry for this complains, I know it is not your fault, but you can maybe tell this to someone in charge..
We hope 2025.2 will be polished and released soon..

It works flawlesly! Tested on couple of projects without any issue. Thank you for the fix! Can't wait for stable release!
BTW speed and response of new GUI in beta is amazing.. it looks much more fluid than the (windows) system GUI animations (it seems to me like Microsoft windows animations running on half of monitor frequency). 
So, I am looking forward for official release!

A fix for this issue is now available in the latest public Beta builds of After Effects 25.2. When you can, please install the latest Beta build and let us know if you continue to see the update issue in your projects.

Thanks to @Airweb_AE's comment, we are able to reproduce the issue you've described. It appears this issue first started occurring in After Effects 24.5, so rolling back to version 24.4 should allow you to avoid it while we investigate a fix.

Yes. It is working on principle the Text Source is linked to name of slider. so after you rename the slider, it will change in price tag..
It is working in 2023 and older like a charm, but from 2024 not

So, after a while the same issue is presented also in 2025 😞
in studio we have to stick to 23 so far..

It seems to be a cache problem.

I was able to reproduce the bug on AE 2024 and Beta.

Just need to edit the slider name and move the CTI.

I'm also not able to reproduce the issue in the latest 25.0 version, but I'm curious which specific 2024 version you were using when you experienced the issue? You can view the specific version by going to Help > About After Effects.

So, first I have to appologize for missing files in shared project. There are two pngs linked, which are not necessary for example.. So it can be just deleted
And second, today I instaled first official 2025 release and it seems to be OK so far, so I will test it and if the issue persist, Ill write again. Thank you
