Just upgraded to 16.1 and I can no longer access my external monitor. Mercury transit automatically switches to "monitor 2" when I need it to stay on "monitor 1" even after I reset my preferences.
Same symptoms. Discovered that AUSUS Sonic Studio Drivers cause the problem.
Now, it works as expected.

Three-monitor system here (arranged 3-1-2) -Open AE prefs, click checkbox for monitor 2 -Click OK. Mercury Transmit takes over monitor 3 -Open AE prefs. Checkbox for monitor 3 is now checked, monitor 2 unchecked -Uncheck monitor 3 and click OK. Monitor 3 returns to normal. -50 GOTO 10
Worked fine in previous build of AE. Persisted through reboots. If I rearrange the monitors in either the Windows or Nvidia control panels, the monitors switch as expected, but AE always takes the left-most monitor. I even tried swapping cables on the back of the computer to a 1-3-2 configuration, but AE now takes monitor 1; always the left-most monitor in my setup.
