Unable to Create AGM Font ("Adobe Clean - Bold") in After Effects

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am facing a recurring issue while launching Adobe After Effects on my workstation. The error message displayed is:

"After Effects warning: Unable to create AGM font ('Adobe Clean' - 'Bold') 

Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700 @ 2.10 GHz

Installed RAM: 16 GB (15.7 GB usable)

System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Operating System: [Mention your Windows version, e.g., Windows 10 Pro]

After Effects Version: [Mention AE version, e.g., After Effects 2024

Since none of these steps resolved the problem, I would appreciate your guidance on how to fix this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional details

Hello Ae users,

The After Effects team is looking into this issue. We'd like to collect a crash log from anyone currently experiencing the "AGM font" issue on launch. If you are seeing a crash report dialog, you can use the View Report link to collect the log. It would also be helpful to know the OS version for users seeing this error. I'm sorry to hear about the crash you're experiencing.
