Bridge suddenly crashed and will not completely start. Upon starting, an error message will show, then when I clear the error message, it crashes. Auto report is turned on, so hopefully the system information is somewhere in the Adobe troubleshooting system.I uninstalled and reinstalled, and this did not fix it. I uninstalled and rolled back a few times to different older versions, and this did not fix it.  Every time I chose to not carry over the old preferences, so there shouldn't be any old preference files, but I suspect a file somewhere has been corrupted and is not being cleared with a reinstall.Screenshots. After the reinstall, the. usual "What's New" pops up.  In behind is the error messageThis is the unhelpful error message. Clicking on OK clears the message and Bridge then crashes. 

After the latest update the loop/magnifing device in the preview panel is not working properly and appears fuzzy despite the actual file once opened and enlarged (ctrl +) is quite clear and in focus

When I start Bridge it takes at least 30 seconds before anything appears in the program - all of the side panels and main content panel are totally empty. When I click anywhere on the program during this time, the title bar changes to "Bridge (Not Responding)" and the cursor just spins - clicking anywhere again just turns the display light grey and produces a pop-up with 2 options - "close the program" or "wait for program to respond". This occurs whether Bridge opens in a totally empty folder or one containing over 500 RAW photos. My first thought was that the Bridge cache was either full or exceeded the allocated size, but compacting the cache, purging 100% previews in cache and purging all local cache files doesn't affect this behaviour. When Bridge is starting, the Windows Task Manager shows Bridge using 0% cpu, no disk activity, and program not responding.I always keep Bridge up to date, so has affected previous versions during the past 2-3 months but has now become

On the daily I'm using the shortcuts to change a picture's star and I got tired of using ctrl+1/ctrl+2/ctrl+3 etc. So I wanted to change them to 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 and remove the ctrl key all together. However, even after changing it, those keys still default to some kind of navigation actions.  I don't know if I set it up wrong or something.

Adobe Bridge 2025 (15.1.1.729) on my MacBook M1 Pro running Sequoia 15.5.  When I preview a selected thumbnail by hitting the space bar, Bridge displays a full-screen image and a notification that it is generating a 100% High Quality Image. However, the image is not 100% pixel for pixel and appears blurry. I can force Bridge to generate the preview with this workaround:1. Click the preview to zoom out to "fit in window" view.2. Click again to 100% zoom in.After a second, I get the real pixel preview. So I know Bridge can do it, but this method of clicking in and out costs so much time with multiple images. Note: once the rendering of the image is complete, the preview looks good from there. This only happens to new images. I've tried every variety of preference settings for cache and cache management. Is there a fix other than reverting Bridge 2025 for this? Script support is also gone from Bridge 2025, so I can't use a script to force the preview generation. If I h

I add metadata to raw files in Bridge (version 15.1.1.729), and then export them to jpeg. The problem is that if I make a change to the description metadata item in the jpeg file, using Bridge, other applications (including Preview on MacOS) still show the original description. To get it right I have to make the change on the raw files, delete the jpeg files, and then re-export them. This adds significant time to my workflow.   Using the Jimpl.com metadata viewer I can see that the old description remains in the legacy IIM Caption-Abstract field, while the new one shows up in XMP description. The IPTC doc says that these two map to each other.   The attached jpeg shows the edited description (T. Wicklund #22) in XMP description and the original description (Tim Wicklund #22) in IIM Caption-Abstract. Since version 15.1.1.729 I cannot dowlload files using Bridge. My memory card does not show up at all under the "get photos from camera". Win10 file explorer does, however see the card and files on it. Is there a fix to this? Thanks, Ed 

Anytime I change or add metadata to an image in a folder all the images in the folder are duplicated.  If I do it again they are triplicated.  I can clean the folder up by jumping to another folder then back to the original.  Never happened before in the 20 years I've been using Bridge.  Any help is appreciated.Bridge 15.1.1.729Imac Ventura 13.7.7 

I am running Bridge 15.1.1 on Windows 11. My problem is that Bridge does not show preview thumbnails for google pixel 8 pro mp4 video files. It works in Lightroom as well as Windows file explorer (after installing hevc codec).

The Full Screen Preview Key Command - Space - does not work on video files. Previews on videos can be initialized manually from the video, or through the key command if any other file type is selected first. Space to Full Screen Preview is a critical QOL feature for any digital media artist! Let's get this working! This mistep has gone on for far too long, and underserves the often under appreciated Bridge. Thank you! OS: Win10

OS and App icons render aliased (jagged) in Bridge (15.1.1.729) on Win10.

The latest version of Bridge is displaying video file thumbnails with a heavy blue cast. This is after a clean install for a brand new  Mac Studio M4 Max . The issue manifests for all video formats from multiple camera systems. This phenomenon has been mentioned by other users. Adobe please devote some attention to a fix.  Bonjour, j'ai un petit "inconvénient" avec le chargeur de photos d'adobe bridge. Il n'ouvre pas bridge automatiquement (la case est bien cochée) une fois les photos chargées avec une carte lexar et un lecteur de carte. Le fonctionnement avec le même lecteur est ok avec carte SD et n'ouvre pas bridge avec CF express. Alors qu'avec des cartes sd et un lecteur transcend tout va bien. Une idée ? Merci d'avance.

I wasn't able to change the standard app for opening a filetype, that is not in the list in bridge settings. My .blend files are associated with an earlier version of blender. I can do right click -> open with every time, but it doesn't save the change.the list in the settings doesn't allow me to add .blend as a file type to change the standard app.Did I miss something or is this a huge limitation?

Thumbnails in Bridge (v. 15.1.1.729 on Windows Pro 10) are suddenly turning pink after scanning. Screen shots show thumbnails, then one of the scans open in Photoshop with coloring as it should be. Color setting has been unchanged, Photoshop color settings. Any clues? 

I use Bridge to hard edit my files (first pass after loading them onto PC). When I try and delete an MP4 file I get an dialouge box that says "calculating size". Then nothing happens. The PC does not hang and I can cancel the box. I have left it for 30mins+ and nothing happens.

Risulta quindi impossibile lavorare bene. Ho già disintallato Bridge e Photoshop ma non è cambiato nulla. Aiutatemi perfavore English version: From one day to the next, Camera Raw started giving me a problem with using masks: once I've drawn the mask, I can't change its size or position! This makes it impossible to work properly. I've already uninstalled Bridge and Photoshop, but nothing has changed. Please help me.

Hi. I don't know what is happened here but I see at least 3 of my photos corruped somehow in Bridge. Can you help please, why it's happening?

This has been happening annoying a lot. I am unable to switch to the Adobe Bridge window/program—either by alt+tabbing o rmanually selecting the app icon in the application bar. I have to go through hoops to show the app window, sometimes having to restart the app. This only happens to Bridge when Dreamweaver is open. I close Dreamweaver and swithching to Bridge from any other program is a breeze.

Bridge is moving associated files (RAW and JPEG) together, even if only one is selected for moving. Is there a work around, please?Bridge version 15.1.0.635Apple M4 Pro running Sequoia 15.5

When opening a new collection in Bridge and I try to export before all previews are generated, export stalls and I have to force restart to close bridge.If I wait for all of the preivews to be generated (which is not practical when thousands of images are in a folder) then export seems to work fine.I've purged the cache and reset the preferences. Hello, I upgraded from Sonoma 14 to Sequioa 15 this weekend and since then Bridge Downloader does not see my camera (Fuji XPR 2), so I cannot upload images from my camers to my iiMac. I found a solution with help of Fuji to install new firmware on my Fuji Xpro 2, so no I can import images via Image Capture (in Dutch: Fotolader), an app that is included as standard on mu Mac. But still: why can Bridge not see my camera en can it not be used to import images?
