Can't export Textures in Substance Painter 12.0

I recently updated to Substance painter 12.0 today, updating one of my projects I was working on.
I then go to export the textures to files, same as I’ve done for years on previous versions and..it does nothing. Just sits there, no files generated, just stuck on computing textures results.

Have tried reinstalling, no change. Was working fine on the last version.

I’m having this same issue. Very time sensitive project. Reverting back isn’t helping because my project file was created in this latest version

its completely broken….lsot hours of work and cant export anything to stager, happen each time with each file since 12.0 version

I’ve already mentioned it, but my answer is not that visible, burried in a thread of a thread. Just so you know, the hotfix is scheduled for this Wednesday (18th of March) 11 am CET.

Has this fix been released yet? It’s wed the 18th, and it still isn’t working for me.

The update has been released at the mentioned date. You can now properly export your textures without issues

We have a project blocked as files has been updated and can’t be use now… We can revert but lost two days of work!

I think what’s really staggering is that they published that version with such an obvious and catastrophic bug. At the very least we deserve precise ETAs.

Cancelled my subscription till this bugs fixed, i can’t really just wait around for a week to have it fixed when its so expensive each month..

can someone else lmk when the bugs fixed? tysm

Absolutely Outrageous. I’m spending so much money on this product to straight up break. Please fix this.
