CC doesn't recognize my plan

hello, for years now I have a payed plan including all apps, but today as I searched for upgrades it looks like despite the plan is active and regular the apps arre not available( they are working on my device- I checked the plan, I checked the connected device, it looks ok, - any suggestion?

@kglad there's different caches that are used and we haven't publicly documented all of them because abruptly clearing them can lead to other issues. For licensing related items, check out this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/troubleshoot-licensing-activation.html

hello

I haven't try as it solved itself somehow, I tried only to log out and log in , check the plan, shut down and relaunch the pc before writting the issue. I will definetly try if this will happen again, thank you very much

i'm not sure the op is returning so, in that linked message's correct response:

 

"Logging out of CC, clearing cache, and then logging back into CC again."

 

do you know what "clearing cache" means?  does the cc desktop app have a setting to clear its cache?
