Indesign ePub Export Images are Not Centered Aligned

I’ve designed two ePubs in the last 48 hours with same error. I design them all of the time, so it’s not me. Images are not center aligned though I’ve selected align center layout and even manually added object export custom alignment center to the image with same result of left alignment.

Please advise.
