P: (Customer specific) LR Classic showing inconsistent details about synching with LR Mobile

..and now LR is back to saying it is syncing 1.758 photos like it did when we first started!  and it's been saying this for many days...

That is correct... at least for now!

So, if I read this correctly the only thing wrong is the All Synced Photos count in the Catalog panel or am I missing something else?

i did some digging and it looks like things stilla aren't right.

LrClassic tells me in the actvity area that everythign is cynced, but...

1.  it says that i have no photos synced with LrM, but as you can see from the screen shot of my mobile phone that i have over 38K photos synced.

2.  The collecitons that i have synced with LrM albums don't show the sync icon, but the screen shot from my mobile phone clearly shows that there collecitons being synced.  Note that the number of photos is inconsistent between LrClasssic and LrM (I highlighed the collection called "All photos for LrM (green)"

i just checked for the first time in a month and it says that everything is synced.  I don't know when it was resolved (or if it is truly resolved becuase this has happened before). Let me give this a little time and I will report back. Thank you!

I've now heard back from the engineer, and he is asking for your current sync state - exact number showing and a new updated set of logs. Can you provide these again?
