Ever since the V10 update my email out of LR Classic has quit working, but instead returns the above error message.  I have reset the preferences, deleted and readded my email client to no avail.  Still does not work and from the forum, it looks like there are lots of nil value errors happening.

I updated to Big Sur on my MACPro last night.  Today I tried my LrC again.  The above instructions did not work for me so I tried File and then Email and it brought up my picture in an email format - my first attempt came back as undeliverable so I changed the 'sent from' email and Voila! - my picture landed in my email account!  First time in AGES!

Debra: ...

if you click on the photo you wish to email in LRCv10, then click in top bar:

 - "Photo"

 - "Edit In - Photoshop 2021"

Then in Ps2021 click on:

 - "Share an Image" tab (top right of screen - indicated by a box with upward arrow), you can email the photo.

I noticed that it works for me, just try it!

Update--Just got off the phone with Adobe tech--had an open ticket.  I was informed that the earliest we might see an update is end of December.  Way to go--By the way I demanded a refund and they gave me three months worth!  You all should do the same.

The solutions you are referring to - either reinstall previous version or export locally and then send with your email?  Or is there something different?

Me, too, same issue as original post -- and that was a month ago -- come on Adobe, treat your customers seriously or you will lose them despite the hassle of switching to other software!  Take some lessons on customer service from Amazon!

Hi Jan, sorry to hear about this. This is known issue with Lightroom Classic version 10.0 and our engineering team is working towards a fix. In the meanwhile, would you mind checking the workaround mentioned in this article https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom.../kb/known-issues.html... and let us know if that helps? Thanks, ^AK
