P: Random white images when exporting or publishing

I have just installed the 2015 CC edition of Light Room but am having problems publishing and exporting photographs. When either exporting to hard disk or publishing to FlickR, I'm getting 5 or 6 random, all white images.

It would be reassuring if someone from Adobe responded to at least say they are looking into it.

The bug causing "The file could not be opened" has a specific cause (bug) -- see my post in this topic: http://feedback.photoshop.com/photosh...

So How can we the customer escalate this problem higher to Adobe ?

This is really frustrating, same issue here. I had to perform 4 iterations to have 42 pics exported correctly, recently.

First export of all 42 pics: 11 pics white
Second export of only the affected 11 pics: 3 pics white
Third export of only the 3 affected pics: 1 pic white
Fourth export of the last affected pic: ok.

Hello? Is this the new workflow...? This happens since several weeks now!

Seriously: Till now I didn't had the motivation to try other applications, but now I'm highly interested in Capture One. Im using LR since 2.0, but I cannot understand why the customer has to battle with such a crucial module like the export-module!!! Face recognition...? Sorry, I have only f-words for those "improvements"...!

FWIW, I am also having the same problem... LR CC 2015, Camera Raw 9, Windows 8.1

This is the first version of LR that this has happened to me with.

Thanks Steve for the help. I am also having this problem. One image out of every couple hundred exported images will show up as with our watermark. It is instead of an image and not an extra.

Using Lightroom CC, windows 8.1

I'm sure your team is working on this, but this really adds considerable time to the workflow having to go back through and re-export necessary images.

If you also have PS-CC then temporarily open Bridge on the output folder and make sure you have high-quality-thumbnails turned on, then Bridge will show white thumbnails, which makes things much easier to find.

Close Bridge before you Export otherwise it can interfere with writing the output files from LR.
