P: Right side panel resize screws up slider tracking

LR 2015.2 is very much broken for me, and this is new with the new release of LR. Sliders are unresponsive, panel window cannot be re-sized, and none of the above workarounds are working for me. MBPr with Yosemite, 8GB RAM, trackpad and bluetooth mouse (Microsoft Presenter), with trackpad actually the worse.

I was watching a video tutorial by Julieanne Kost on the new Lightroom CC features and I noticed that she has the same issue (although she made no mention of it).

When she clicked on the Exposure slider triangle, the value jumped to +0.10 in one case and +0.15 in another. She quickly moved the slider to the value she wanted to use in her tutorial (a negative value).

Doesn't hurt to try to find a workaround while Adobe looks into it.

If you look at the top of the thread, you will see that the status says "Acknowledged."

This suggests Adobe has duplicated the issue for themselves. What they can do about it is unknown.

Donovan, I just tried that, did not fix the problem for me. Single click, double click, several times, no change. The magnitude and sign of the slider jump seems completely random.

I'm not sure how I did it, but it did the job for me. Could you try hiding the panel and then double-clicking that triangle a few times?

OK, thanks. But, I just tried that as well, same results. The sliders jump when I click on the triangle.

I think he's talking about hiding and showing the entire right panel using the triangle in the vertical middle of the righthand side, not an individual section expand-collapse triangle like I think you're talking about.

Well, that does not work for me. I tried it on several of the panels, no dice. I tried it in both Solo Mode and regular mode, no dice. I tried Collapsing All and then Reopen All, still no dice.

I may have found a workaround: If you click the triangle to make the panel disappear and then again to have it reappear, it looks like this fixes the slider issue.
