P: Installations from Mac App Store fail on some operations

I am unable to use the auto mask feature after the lastest October version 7.0 update. When trying to use an AI mask an error message comes up "Something went wrong - There was an unexpected error and your request could not be complete.". Under the masking panel, LR also does not recognize any human subjects.

I am on MacOS 14.0 and have tried reinstalling LR. Is this a known bug currently or something wrong with my system/installation?

I'm having the same problem on my desktop Mac computer.  The 3 options (subject, sky, and background) are there, but clicking on them triggers a message

yes, I got the same problem. Since last update the complete masking function does not work anymore. No subject, no sky, no background. MacMini M1, macOS Sonoma v14.0, Lightroom Cloud (not classic). How can I do a downgrade to an older Lightroom Version?

Lightroom version: 7.0 MAS arm64 does not work!!!

Canon full-RAW CR2 files are showing as 'This selected photo is not supported by this feature'.

It has been working fine for months with my Canon CR2 files, but in the past few days it has been showing this error message, even on files that have previously been denoised just fine. Files from just 5 hours ago are showing the message.

Any ideas on how to rectify this?
