P: Low quality previews/rotated thumbnails on direct import to device

Hi .. on importing to LR mobile via a camera device (SD card via reader) the images have suddenly started to appear blurred and pixelated. 

I have plenty of cloud storage free and this has only started recently.. prior to this all appeared clear and sharp .. allowing them to be reviewed prior to import.

We need to remember that Apple broke this by changing their API. It's not the first time we've seen them do this and leave Adobe to find a fix.

Exactly Philip. Imagine the key feature of your product not working for a month and the only communication you put out there is "we'll fix it soon™". In my business we communicate time lines for fixes to customers. Quite frankly because people wouldn't accept paying for something they can't use.

 

This isn't to say the forum experts and Adobe workers here in the forum aren't helpful. I know they have to abide accordingly to the rules. But higher up, Adobe is, and has been, missing it completely with customer service.

Well, if you think that "very soon" or "very next update" means more than 5 weeks to update back to the latest version that worked way better than the actual one. 

 

If you NEED this app to work profesisonally and you are paying month for month and you cant use it you may understand.

No one cares? If you did not read the pinned replies, here they are for you. Apple broke things when they changed their API and left Adobe to figure out a solution. Read both posts from @Charlie.D :

Just rated the app 1 star and stated why in the App Store. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. Problem exists over 1 months and no one cares or takes action. If I worked like that, I'd get fired. This is literally spitting in your costumers' face, Adobe.

I tried, but it seems that ADOBE does not really care about the tickets. Lets rate 1 star and review the problem in the App Store.

SUGGESTION: Create a ticket through the chat support. It ends up at the devs. The more pressure the quicker they'll want to fix it. I just did this. Ticket is open.

Hola, de un momento a otro mi LR mobile no me permite ver la previsualización en alta de mis archivos RAW al momento de importar el material desde una SD. Antes podía hacer zoom para ver el detalle del foco, pero ahora todo está en una mala resolución. Alguien sabe la razón?
