I really need this to be fix as soon as possible. Please help me as I really need all those pictures and presets.

All that time putting into a restore only to find out that my only backup I could choose from was from last night. 😞

but if you have backups from before the event you should be able to recover

Using iCloud backup from two days ago worked, thank you everyone. Just cost me a lot of time, frustration, and anxiety. Wish Adobe would at least be more helpfull when they mess up so big.

No if you have no backups from before the event and were not syncing to the cloud, the data is gone and unrecoverable. The data on the phone is strongly encrypted and if it gets released from active storage, it is unrecoverable even if it is still in bits on the phone's memory. This is what makes security strong on iPhones and modern Android phones (you can't read data of a phone without knowing the passcode even if you take the memory out and directly connect to it as the whole thing is encrypted and encrypted per app using separate keys) but also makes it that you have to make absolutely sure you have backups of your important data in the cloud or on physical media. That doesn't excuse the error made here but it is very important you don't leave important data in one place. Phones die all the time.

There will probably be several different date iCloud backups to chose from when you are restoring (that's how it was for me at least).

Hi Kris, please try a restore anyway. In Apple helpdesk document I have found these lines: „... 3.Sign in to iCloud with your Apple ID.
Choose a backup. Look at the date and size of each and pick the most relevant. After you choose, the transfer starts.“

Same problem for me. My last iPhone backup is from today so that won’t help. Is there any way to restore 2 years of work?

So I’m out financially due to your flawed update. What are you going todo, I feel at least a free year of subscriptions for your users would be the least you could do, cheaper than a class action lawsuit I would think.

They misinformed me, anyway.
I think it's it doesn't work with a device with no more files they asking us too copy this way. (Sorry).
