P: Missing Pictures, Presets, and Watermark Data after 5.4 Update

Yesterday when I use the Lightroom Mobile, it was okay. I still have my presets and pictures saved in the apps but today , 18th August 2020 , after I updated the apps on Apps Store, all of my pictures and presets gone. I really need this to be fix as soon as possible. Please help me as I really need all those pictures and presets.

    I cannot sync while backpacking, funnily enough.  Der.  Obviously I have a paid subscription if I asked for a refund.  Who are you?  Do you work for adobe, or are you just that bored?

    Did you sync? Are you on the Free version? Read the thread postings by Elezenga who explains how to recover. If you are on Free Version, I agree you should get back what you paid...

    Who is "you" to whom you refer? I think the real "you" is the person who did not sync.

    I cannot believe I listened to people telling me this is a better camera app!  I just got back from an amazing backpacking trip and this POS app deleted 100 pictures from it!  I guess memories are trivialities to corporations.  Thanks a lot.  I should at least be getting refunded the subscription fees!

    Those Free Version subscribers should all get a refund of what they paid. Apparently paid users have a way to recover. Also, Adobe should consider abandoning the iOS version as 99% of complaining posters seem to have come from that segment, and they have lost a lot.

    I’m sorry I have to say this, but if you don’t have a backup, then you cannot restore your photos and presets, period. If you did make backups, then you can restore from an earlier backup too. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184

    I still don't understand. If i don't have backup from previous days, how can i restore Lightroom and all the photos/presets?
