P: Missing Pictures, Presets, and Watermark Data after 5.4 Update

Yesterday when I use the Lightroom Mobile, it was okay. I still have my presets and pictures saved in the apps but today , 18th August 2020 , after I updated the apps on Apps Store, all of my pictures and presets gone. I really need this to be fix as soon as possible. Please help me as I really need all those pictures and presets.

5.4.1 didn’t work for me either.

So many people have lost vast numbers of photos and presets simply by downloading an update - and there’s no fix from Adobe.

Losing photos is absolutely the worst outcome for anyone who uses any program.....and yet entire libraries and paid-for preset collections have simply disappeared.

How on earth was this allowed to happen - it is the fundamental safeguard, the need to protect the photos. It's incomprehensible to me that Adobe can just brush it off.

The statement is so terrible. Like there has to be a way to restore the previous version of the app?

Unfortunately for some people who have an iOS that auto updates apps, my phone automatically did the LightRoom Update 5.4.0 so “skipping” that bad update really doesn’t work.

So, the way that I read that official response is ‘sorry if you updated and lost everything, there is no way of getting it back. But, for those who didn’t update, everything should be fine.’

Am I reading that right? There is no response to say we are working on getting your presets/images back.

I’m very upset that my presets are all missing from Lightroom mobile!! I have a small fortune invested in them and I went on to use it a few minutes ago and noticed they were all gone. I’m extremely upset and I hope that I get my Presets back because I have probably $200 worth of Presets and that’s not cool!
