Please note that enabling Analytics allows us to discover what the issue might be - it is not a fix for the issue. We are still investigating.

I'm having the same problem. Analytics are enabled, I have version 5.2.3 and I have tried to delete the app and install again. Nothing works.

I did it on my iPhone.

To be more precise, on my iPhone I opened "Settings" / "General" / "iPhone storage" / "Lightroom" and selected "Delete the App" from that screen.

I don't know if it's exactly the same as deleting the app from the iPhone home

Then reinstalled the app from the App Store.

Did you do it on your phone or the desktop? I tried to delete the app in my Iphone and then install again, didn't work 😞

Hey guys, I have one photo that I've duplicated and edited on Lightroom CC PC, the edits won't share to the online version or iOS (coming up with error T20200121 when viewing in iOS), and also won't come up in Adobe Portfolio

Have you installed the update 5.2.3 from the app store? You may wish to join this similar conversation and share a log file.

I had the same problem (latest version, plenty of space, ...).

For your information, I've uninstall Lightroom, and then reinstall Lightroom.
Now everything is working fine.

Still an issue, and my light room usage was already turned on.
