P: Recommended Presets Not Working

The recommended presets aren't loading anymore; it says they're being analyzed, but nothing happens. It used to work before—how can I fix this?

Bonsoir,

J’ai exactement le même problème sur Lightroom (version Cloud) sur PC Windows 11.

👉 La fonction “Recommandations” analyse bien la photo, mais aucune suggestion ne s’affiche ensuite.

Voici tout ce que j’ai déjà testé :

Déconnexion / reconnexion du compte Adobe

Redémarrage de Lightroom et du PC

Mise à jour complète de Lightroom et Creative Cloud

Vérification de la synchronisation cloud (OK)

Test sur plusieurs photos

Mise à jour des pilotes de la carte graphique

👉 Important : la fonction fonctionne parfaitement sur mobile (Android) et tablette avec le même compte.

Donc le problème semble spécifique à la version Windows.

Si quelqu’un a trouvé une solution ou si Adobe peut confirmer un bug en cours, je suis preneur.

@adobe : when can we expect an answer ? Please keep us updated. When will you fix this ? Do we have to ask to ask for partial refund ?

I am getting the same thing on my Omen laptop but when I try my macbook it works. Weird!

I just submitted a report for this very issue.  My guess is that it should not be more than a patch to fix this.  It is a bit disappointing that this feauture is not working at all.  Let’s hope for a quick fix.

I have the latest version for Lightroom (cloud), yet the “recommended presets” are not loading after analyzing my images.  I have checked all my settings and the possibility of another update, but everything seems fine on my end.  I am wondering if there had been other similar comments from other users.  I am hoping that this would be an easy patch to overcome this issue.

Estoy experimentando un problema con el panel de “Ajustes preestablecidos → Recomendados” en Lightroom Desktop (Windows).

En la versión web de Lightroom, los ajustes recomendados aparecen correctamente (con miniaturas y sugerencias de IA). Sin embargo, en la aplicación de escritorio (Windows), el panel carga pero queda completamente vacío, sin mostrar ningún preset.

He verificado lo siguiente:

  • Sesión iniciada correctamente en Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Suscripción activa (incluyendo funciones de IA generativa / Firefly)
  • Lightroom actualizado a la última versión disponible
  • Conexión a internet estable
  • Probado con distintos tipos de archivo (incluyendo RAW)
  • Reinicio de Lightroom y Creative Cloud
  • Cierre de sesión y reingreso
  • Sincronización funcionando correctamente (las fotos se sincronizan sin problema)

A pesar de todo lo anterior, los “Recomendados” siguen sin aparecer en la app de escritorio.

Información adicional:

  • Sistema operativo: Windows
  • En Lightroom Web (mismo usuario): funciona correctamente
  • En Desktop: el panel aparece, pero sin contenido

¿Alguien ha experimentado este mismo problema o conoce si se trata de una limitación del cliente Windows, un bug, o un tema de servicios en segundo plano?

Cualquier orientación técnica sería muy útil.

Definitely not working on desktop version, however it does work on my iPad. I definitely don’t understand what’s going on.

Having the same exect issue for my lightroom. Has been a problem for a while. Please review the issue and give a reccomendation.

There are several area's where you can use presets, can you share more specifics about where they are not showing up? Are these your presets or recommended? If possible, please share a screenshot of what you'res seeing. Thank you.

Lightroom presets do not display. Nothing appears in that area. I tried updating Lightroom, but it says no updates available. Using Windows 11 with all updates and Lightroom version: 9.2 x64
