P: Recommended Presets Not Working

Lightroom presets do not display. Nothing appears in that area. I tried updating Lightroom, but it says no updates available. Using Windows 11 with all updates and Lightroom version: 9.2 x64 

Anyone know how to make an official complaint this is not on for such a big company that likes to charge for a product that is currently not fit for use. ​@Adobe Administration an update about what is going on would be good.

Almost a month, without a fundamental feature of Lightroom. No updates, no timeline, no feedback. But we all keep paying the same price for our subscription. What a disgraceful service

Hallo, when you fix that s**t? Its not working around 2 weeks ago. Time is tick-tack. Tick-tack, dear Adobe development team. Or when you reply? When you say anything about the bug? Alternative solutions or something? (dont come with f***head webapp, its useless.)

The recommended presets arent working.  Lr starts to anaylse the images but no presets appear.   Ive uninstalled and reinstalled, still not working. Any ideas, please?
