P: Recommended Presets Not Working

The recommended presets aren't loading anymore; it says they're being analyzed, but nothing happens. It used to work before—how can I fix this?

I just want to access the recommended presets in Lr, not LrC. I have tried to troubleshoot but it does not seem to fix the problem

this upsetting that adobe is blowing everyone off.  for windows, this is not working!  all pay good money and i have never considered switching to a lesser bugged program than today.  its been 3 weeks for calling, emailing, trying to get attention and a fix.  what are we doing here.  can i expect a refund for this month?

Recommended presets wont load for version 9.2 on windows, scans photo briefly then stops. has been going on for close to a month now. all other presets work just fine. Please fix!!

recommended presets stop working only in my desktop, on the web platform work perfect, already reinstall software

According to the custome service, they are trying to find a fix that will be deploy in the next update. When will happen? - they don’t know! Why they [​@adobe] don’t give regular update to the communiy? - they also don’t know! What will be the compensation for the inconveniet? - they also don’t know. I’m not impressed with the customer service and with other options on the market, less expensive, they should care more about customers.

Quite bad customer service , not even an update from adobe and this has been going on for weeks. Just bring back the previous update until the bug in the new one is fixed 🤷‍♀️ or at least acknowledge the 159 replies below  ☹️

Iam having the same problem and its so annoying because we are paying for it, i hope we get credit!!!
