P: Recommended Presets Not Working

The recommended presets aren't loading anymore; it says they're being analyzed, but nothing happens. It used to work before—how can I fix this?

According to the custome service, they are trying to find a fix that will be deploy in the next update. When will happen? - they don’t know! Why they [​@adobe] don’t give regular update to the communiy? - they also don’t know! What will be the compensation for the inconveniet? - they also don’t know. I’m not impressed with the customer service and with other options on the market, less expensive, they should care more about customers.

Quite bad customer service , not even an update from adobe and this has been going on for weeks. Just bring back the previous update until the bug in the new one is fixed 🤷‍♀️ or at least acknowledge the 159 replies below  ☹️

I also am having the exact same problem. Windows 11. Waited 15 min to see if it loaded. Nothing

hello , This bug has been present for over two weeks now….
Has Adobe acknowledged the bug? Are you working on it?

Adobe, this issue has been going on for over 2 weeks. When is this getting fixed? We’re all paying $$ for a faulty product right now. Not cool.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have contacted the relevant Lightroom team members to see if this issue can be addressed. Please note - I tried Recommended Presets out and saw that they took longer to generate, but did appear (Macbook M2).

I have sat looking at the Recommended Presets tab for long enough to ascertain that while it might be fixed for your Macbook M2, it is most certainly not resolved for me. Looking forward to this issue being addressed with the resources and urgency that is required given how long this has been going on now.
