I am on a the latest Mac Mini running Ventura 13.5 with the currently version of Photoshop Beta V25.1.  Save and Save as dialog does not appear after Photoshop being open for extended period of time.  This only started recently, once last week and again today.  Not only does the dialog box not show went trying to Save and Save As, it doesn't show when trying quiting the program.  You will get the "Do you want to save?" dialog box but nothing appears after selecting Yes.  The only option is to force quit the application.  After force quiting the Adobe Photoshop Verify progress modal shows. Could it have to do with the Beta being updated while the app is open? In the process of writing this, I check to see when the last update was and it said today.

Hi @gregt42494190 thank you for reporting this. We have reports on this issue but cannot reproduce.

It would help my team if we could gather more information from you. I can share steps here or would be great to hop on a quick screens share.

Please check your direct messages (top right corner of forums, envelope icon near your profile image).

Thank you!

Hello !

I'm using version 25.0 of Photoshop Beta, and I'm having trouble saving my project or export the image. I've tried "save, save as, save copy in, export, export as png, etc" but none has worked. When I try one of these options, my computer just buffers, and then does nothing.

Has anyone found a fix for this?

Thanks.

Please try this option.

1. Pls duplicate the Layers

2. The dialog box will open like this.

3. Use the Destination column -> Documents.
Please select the already saved file name for Eg. UNTITLED - 1.
4. Open the UNTITLED - 1 file in normal Photoshop version (Not Beta) with the duplicated Folder.

5. Now go to File -> Save

Now you can save your file without any hassle.
Cheers!!

I had to do the same thing and just scrap my work. close out of Beta and restart my computer

That didn't work for me and my iMac is newer 2022. I was able to save me work before but nothing worked
