I am having the same issue. Here is a copy of the first line:

The operating system is Mac OS 12.6.0

I have installed and uninstalled multiple times using the CCD but still doesn't work. I installed the beta several weeks ago and used the Remove tool without any issues.

Like I wrote in my first post: Version is 24.6.0 20230520.m.2181 4e0245f - no new updates available yet. Just ran the update cheker 👍

@geraldjoehri please share your sysinfo: Help > System Info and verify that on the first line you see: 24.6.0 20230520.m.2181 Ensure you are on the latest by refreshing the updater, please.  The team just needs the 1st line to make sure you have the build you should.

One other thing to try is to turn off VPN if you have it activated.

i am not seeing a prompt with answers like that - that would be very helpful

1. An active selection is required. (Make a selection with any selection tool)>
2. Is your image RGB-8 or RGB-16?
3. If you click in the dimmed button, does any error appear? 

Have you clicked in the grayed-out button?
