P: Generative Fill Button greyed out (age)

After selection is active, I cannot use the generative fill button. It's visible, but greyed out...

I already switched from german language to english without success.. Please advice. Thanks !

    I got the same problem, I tried everything in this post but its still gray out, please help.

      Yes I did, but I can't figure out where to type in my age. I mean, Adobe got my credit card and I'm from switzerland, so it should be clear that I'm 18+.

        I also noticed, that there are different versions out there. Someone on YouTube said, his version (which works properly) is 24.6.0 20230520.m.2181 4e0245f while mine (I just checked for new updates) is 24.6.0 20230520.m.2181 4e0245f 🤔 🤔

        @geraldjoehri have you gone through the helpx doc to make sure your setup/age/etc all meet the requirements?

        I tried what you said. Uninstalled, computer restart, installed again and... still no Generative Fill.

          my generative fill is not working, i have the latest update and the buttons are there on my screen but they cannot be used. i just worked with an agent online and we could not resolve it either but asked me to submit a bug as well. i would like to hear back when this is fixed

              Let's try this:

              Delete your Ps beta app via CCD

              Restart your computer

              Install Ps beta 24.6 via CCD, does it work now?

              Hi @Patrick Bu. 

              Why can’t I access Generative Fill?

              Generative Fill in the Photoshop (beta) app is only available to users of at least 18 years of age with a Creative Cloud Individual license along with CC Teams, CC Enterprise, and our Educational customers.

              For users under 18, Generative Fill is visible but disabled. Also, for non-RGB 8/16 bits documents, the feature is visible but disabled. Hovering over the Generate button will show a tooltip explaining why the feature is unavailable.

              Generative Fill is not available in China at this time.
