Cannot open any adobe application. Please help (M1Max / MacOS Sonoma)

Splash Screen and then wheel of death. It stops while "reading preferences"

Working Professional here, im in the middle of a big production and everything is stopped because of this. We have people on set waiting. I don't need to say how stressed everyone is at the moment.

Anyone knows a quick fix?

everything is up to date, restartert several times already. None of the Cloud applications (tryed photoshop, illustrator, in desing)
