Hello! Current problem opening PS

I have this problem "este archivo de expresion facial tiene errores o esta dañado"  - on a google trasnlate: This facial expression file has errors or is damaged. and i dont know what's the error, i have a good pc, all in order, maybe you family can help me with this!! thanks.
