instale Photoshop 27.4 y se congela en el homepage pero al version anterior funciona correctamente, alguien sabria que pasa?

cuando abro el programa inicia normal y despues de unos segundos se queda congelado y en el administrador de tareas cuando lo analizas dice photoshop no responde.

    Assuming you have plenty of RAM and spare hard disk capacity, it might be worth resetting the preferences to see if that sorts the issue out. You can do that under the General tab in preferences, then closing and reopening the application.

    Si, tengo ram y disco suficiente y reestablecí todo y sigue igual, lo que hice es que instale la versión anterior y funciona normal no se por que solo es con esta versión que me esta pasando
