P: Can't pan with Wacom tablet using spacebar while drawing a line with the lasso tool

In the 2021 update, I cannot pan the canvas with spacebar while I'm using the lasso tool (actively drawing a line).

In the 2020 version, holding spacebar would temporarily turn the lasso tool into the hand tool, allowing for easy panning without losing the lasso selection. It was very handy for readjusting my hand during a long selection, or simply seeing more of my canvas as I'm selecting.

This must surely be a bug? Please fix this! It's vital to my workflow!

Unfortunately Adobe doesn't officially support XP-Pen:

So the problem is possibly with their drivers.

pan Not working on my pen tablet Xp-pen usually i just need space bar for using handtool feature and panning but now it cannot, but if i use mouse no problem panning with space bar.

the problem must be the xp-pen setting or else but i dont know what.

on adobe 2019 version below panning with space bar on my Xp-pentablet still working
now is isntall adobe AI & PS 2021 latest version and it not working anymore, i cannot panning with space bar(instant handtool) it need combination Space bar + Win keys its so annoying for me, can somebody help me fix this ?

*admin inception Not working at all? Or just while making selections? Is Overscroll and/or Flick Panning in prefs enabled/disabled?

Same problem for me. But I use a Huion Tablet Kamvas pro 20

Adobe Photoshop Version: 22.1.0

For me the problem is related to Windows Ink and WinTab.

Windows Tab enabled:

space bar is not working at all while using the freehand lasso tool.
space bar shortcut works normal with the polygon lasso tool.

Windows Ink enabled and Windows Tab disabled:

space bar shortcut works normal with all lasso tools while using a mouse.
using a stylus and pressing space bar makes the hand tool icon appear, but I can't move the canvas around until I lift my stylus from my screen once, then I am able to scroll the canvas with space bar without a problem for the reminder of the selection. Lifting the stylus is not ideal since it makes it very hard to draw a precise selection. And I have to use windows ink which is also not ideal.

Windows Ink and Windows Tab disabled:
