P: Can't pan with Wacom tablet using spacebar while drawing a line with the lasso tool

In the 2021 update, I cannot pan the canvas with spacebar while I'm using the lasso tool (actively drawing a line).

In the 2020 version, holding spacebar would temporarily turn the lasso tool into the hand tool, allowing for easy panning without losing the lasso selection. It was very handy for readjusting my hand during a long selection, or simply seeing more of my canvas as I'm selecting.

This must surely be a bug? Please fix this! It's vital to my workflow!

I'm sad to say the fix hasn't worked for me, either. I installed the update. I even tried a fresh install. Nothing I've tried has made the hand tool work with the lasso tool when I'm using a Wacom Pen Tablet. I'm still using the previous version of Photoshop where it works as expected, so no hardware issue. I hope you guys have luck ironing the issue out by the next update.

Not Fix for users that use WibTab API for pen support. The space bar does not even toggle to the panning hand tool cursor. This has been in 21.2.4 and in 22.0.1.

The problem is fixed in 22.0.1 if you use INK API bye the is a performance problem if you use INK API so users use WinTab API

I was just upgraded to 22.0.1 and the spacebar no longer works as the hand tool no matter what tool I'm working with! Tre frustrating!

If I press space to move the image while I use the Polygonal Lasso tool, the image doesn't move until I release space.

This happens in Photoshop 20 (21.2.4) and 21 (22.0.0).

For me the express keys on the Wacom wont work with new 2021 photoshop - they work with every other program and also the mapping keeps breaking and the wacom only maps to one of my two screens (it reverts to just my imac screen and loses my new Eizo monitor)
