P: Crashes every time I close out a photo (win)

I have updated CC 2015, both Lightroom and Photoshop. I can open Photoshop and can open a photo. Every time I close out a photo, Photoshop crashes with the message, Adobe Photoshop CC has stopped working. It will now close.

I can't use the new update;

    Cale - I had the same problem. Only way I could get the workaround to work was to save the recovered images when the dialog box came up after I clicked 'exit'. I had to do each one individually - it crashed after the first one. After saving, the images didn't appear as 'recovered' any more and the preferences had saved the unchecked 'use graphics processor' box. No more crashes since. Good luck!

    I'm having this issue. But I can't close PS without it crashing, so when I uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" and try to close photoshop it always crashes, and doesn't save that setting.

    I also have 2 photos that automatically open as recovered files every time I launch PS (photos that I was working on when it started crashing).

    Same problem. But after unchecking the 'use graphics processor' box I can't exit without a crash.

    Is there a solution to this? It's happening to me as well after updating PhotoShop CC 2015...and I have hundreds of photos to edit!!! And I can't go back to an old version of PhotoShop. Any idea when there will be a fix to this problem? : (

    Since I updated my photoshop cc 2014 version to the photoshop cc 2015 version, my photoshop crashes everytime I try to close an image. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I still have the same problem. This only started happening when I updated to the newer version. It is making my photoshop program almost completely unusable.

    Every since I have upgraded to photoshop CC 2015, When I try to close out a photo I get an error message that says: Adobe Photoshop CC2015 has stopped working, A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
    Also when I restart the program those photos are still there!

    Recently I updated to PhotoShop CC 2015. After that my PS crashes every time I close a document. CC 2014 runs smoothly before the updation.My sys info given below;
