P: CS6 / CC Keyboard shortcuts not responding Mavericks/Yosemite MacOS 10.9; 10.10

Since Installing Mavericks on my mac pro, the keyboard shortcuts, such as zooming in/out, undo etc, intermittently do not respond.
I have to click on another tool in the tool bar to get the keyboard to respond again.
The problem returns intermittently and seemingly not as a result of the Auto Save function.
My mac pro 15" has 8gb of ram which is more than enough for the type of work I do.I am an illustrator who primarily works around the brush tool.
Have tried disabling Graphics Processor and restarting, but this does not resolve the issue.

Any help would be most appreciated.

we too rely on this software. our job, too. SURE the culprit is Mavericks, but don't underestimate our experience as "users".

Chris, do you hear us? do you listen to us? remember the "too much RAM" issue years ago? do you remember? please, be honest.

So is this the official response after all the information users have given you here? There were several people who specifically mentioned having this error on computers that do not have wacom hardware or software installed. Have you not seen those previous posts? Last we heard, David was going to work with some users directly to get to the bottom of this. Your response implies you are satisfied with your own assessment and are no longer interested in troubleshooting this issue. Are we all here to assume that Adobe would like us to move on from this topic and start hounding Wacom?

Please see previous posts in this topic. The issues appears to be an incompatibility with Wacom drivers and MacOS 10.9.
